  • Advise on project strategy. Partner with regional and branch leadership and project teams on feasibility, due diligence, multi-site programs, project setup, risk management, and future work planning.
  • Strengthen client relationships. Manage an assigned client portfolio, deepen existing partnerships, and identify opportunities to expand relationships and improve the client experience.
  • Expand business opportunities. Leverage industry connections, referrals, and professional involvement to identify new opportunities and support regional market growth in collaboration with Business Development.
  • Improve project performance. Provide insight on schedules, budgets, scope, fees, and client expectations to help teams communicate impacts clearly, make informed decisions, improve quality, and strengthen financial outcomes.
  • Navigate jurisdictional challenges. Apply knowledge of local regulations, codes, and approval processes while strengthening relationships with agencies and development stakeholders.
  • Elevate teams and capabilities. Share expertise, mentor emerging leaders, and collaborate with technical teams to address evolving client needs and strengthen project delivery.
What You'll Gain
  • The opportunity to influence land development projects, client relationships, and business growth across an entire region.
  • A strategic role working alongside experienced regional, branch, business development, and technical leaders.
  • The ability to build on your industry relationships while expanding Bohler's market presence.
  • Opportunities to share your expertise, develop future leaders, and contribute to the long-term success of clients and teams.
  • A platform to represent Bohler through industry organizations, professional networks, and regional initiatives.
What You'll Bring
  • 15+ years of land development and permitting experience, including civil site design, entitlements, and jurisdictional approvals.
  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, or a related field, and/or equivalent relevant experience; advanced degree welcomed.
  • Extensive experience with residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects.
  • Established local and regional industry relationships, with demonstrated success developing client relationships and identifying business opportunities.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience influencing project strategy, financial outcomes, client experience, and business growth.
  • Experience leading teams through the civil site design and permitting lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence clients, project teams, and leadership.
  • Professional licensure as a PE, Landscape Architect, PLS, or related credential preferred.
