Job summary

Biogen is seeking a Dermatology Thought Leader Liaison, Associate Director, to execute field strategies for the Lupus franchise. The role reports to Marketing and builds field initiatives with HCPs, staff, and patient communities across regions.

The role requires travel up to 80% and a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends, to support educational objectives and medication use in dermatology/immunology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of pharma/biotech product marketing experience.
• Dermatology or immunology injectable drug experience.
• Previous field marketing or related function experience advised.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional planning and execution of advisory boards.
• Capture insights from targeted customers in the TLL territory.
• Join cross-functional brand sub-teams for customer perspective.
• Provide competitive intelligence from targeted meetings.
• Partner with HQ to develop promotional content and materials.
• Manage vendor work as needed (e.g., MEA, Meeting Services).
• Identify and recruit KMEs for content development.
• Serve as KME contact for international opportunities.
• Support congress plan and HCP engagement strategies.
• Coordinate Executive Engagement meetings with leadership.
• Work with Program Operations to manage Speaker’s Bureau needs.
