Job summary

Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking an Area Manager to support multiple dental practices within the region. You will collaborate with Practice Managers to drive operational success, implement systems, and enhance patient and team experiences.

This role is highly collaborative and project-focused, requiring travel across supported locations and potential advancement into a Regional Manager role. Located in Michigan region with regional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must live in or close to Michigan.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 5+ years of successful operations experience in multi-location dental services or managing a large single practice.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide Practice Managers across multiple locations.
• Assist with hiring, coaching, and developing Practice Managers and teams.
• Support implementation of new initiatives, systems, and processes across practices.
