Job summary

Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead multi-site practices across the DMV region, including DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. The role focuses on coaching Practice Managers, driving KPIs, and ensuring smooth operations.

Based in the DMV region with willingness to travel, you will partner with doctors and leadership to identify growth opportunities and implement change initiatives, with strong emphasis on people leadership and business acumen.

Qualifications

• What You’ll Look For: Based in the DMV region and willing to travel regularly to all assigned locations.
• 5+ years in dental or healthcare operations (multi-site experience required).
• Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong business acumen—comfortable managing KPIs, P&Ls, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Practice Managers and teams across multiple sites.
• Drive performance through KPIs, strategic planning, and day-to-day coaching.
• Build team culture, resolve challenges, and keep operations running smoothly.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, clinical partners, and leadership.
• Act as a trusted partner to your region, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
