Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking an Area Manager to support multiple general dental practices within a region. You will partner with Practice Managers to support operational success, implement systems, and enhance the patient and team experience across locations.

Travel to multiple locations will be required. This role offers growth within a fast-paced network with advancement into a Regional Manager role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Five or more years of successful operations experience in a multi-unit or multi-state dental services business.
• Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Support and provide guidance to Practice Managers across multiple locations.
• Assist with hiring, coaching, developing Practice Managers and team members.
• Support implementation of new initiatives, systems, products, and processes.
• Collaborate on special projects to improve practice performance and efficiency.
• Travel to multiple supported locations as needed.
