Guardian Dentistry Partners in the DMV region is seeking a Corporate Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple offices across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. You will lead Practice Managers, drive performance via KPIs and P&Ls, and coach teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Based in the DMV, you will travel regularly, collaborate with doctors and leadership, and develop growth opportunities while upholding a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dental or healthcare operations (multi-site).
• Proven experience as Regional Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong business acumen with KPIs, P&Ls, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Practice Managers and teams across multiple sites.
• Drive performance through KPIs, strategic planning, and coaching.
