Job summary

Platinum Dental Services seeks a Regional Leader to drive operational excellence and financial performance across multiple Denver-area practices. The role features a hands-on leadership style with regular travel to assigned offices, coaching teams, and partnering with owner dentists and office leaders to elevate patient care.

You will engage in training, development, and daily leadership activities, while using Platinum's performance dashboard to monitor metrics and implement improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or management experience in dental/healthcare operations.
• Multi-location dental practice management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dental office operations, scheduling, patient flow, and financial performance.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams.
• Experience reviewing performance metrics and financial reports.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Growth-minded attitude towards improvement and results.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on coaching, training, and operational support at assigned offices.
• Partner with dentists and office leaders to improve performance and daily operations.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Identify challenges and implement solutions to boost efficiency and patient care.
• Support daily workflows, scheduling, and overall productivity.
• Lead morning huddles to align teams on goals and opportunities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to set and achieve production and collection targets.
• Review monthly P&L with office leaders and dentists.
• Monitor key metrics using Platinum's performance dashboard (DOMO).
• Develop action plans to improve financial performance and growth.
• Assist with staffing decisions and onboarding of new leaders.
