Job summary

JCB, Inc. is seeking a regional Dealer Network Manager to drive growth across Agriculture and Construction Equipment markets in North America. This onsite role focuses on identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and developing top dealers to expand JCB’s regional presence.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in dealer development, strong financial acumen, and the ability to travel up to 50% inside the region. A bachelor’s degree and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in dealer networks or distribution for heavy equipment is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit dealer partners to expand the regional network.
• Onboard dealers and ensure alignment with JCB standards and programs.
• Drive dealer performance using KPIs and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product teams.
