Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a Regional Dealer Growth Manager to expand the dealer network across Agriculture and Construction Equipment markets. This role will identify gaps, recruit new partners, and drive regional sales performance in the Pooler, GA area.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or Engineering and 3–5 years of dealer development experience, with travel up to 50% within the region. Excellent communication with dealers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in dealer development, sales, or distribution within heavy equipment, agriculture, or similar industries.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50% within assigned region.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage dealer personnel at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify market gaps using data analytics and develop regional dealer growth plans.
• Recruit, evaluate, and appoint new dealer partners in underserved or high-growth territories.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding of new dealers and cross-functional integration with sales, service, and parts.
• Drive performance improvements in sales, market share, and customer support for all dealers.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to translate national network strategy into regional execution.
