Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university.
• Minimum of three (3) years sales experience, within the furniture sales industry preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and achieve results.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced selling skills including lead generation, qualification, closing.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned dealer(s) with product training and resources.
• Organize and lead Dealer/Teknion Annual Business Plan.
• Develop quarterly updates and annual calendar.
• Meet or exceed territorial revenue goals across all product categories.
• Travel as required and build strategic dealer relationships.
• Provide high-level follow-through to meet client needs.
