Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
7 years of distribution operations experience in a large, automated DC.
5 years of leadership with direct report responsibility.
Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining an effective management team.
Experience creating and managing a budget.
Proven safety track record and culture.
Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations in a million+ square foot distribution center.
Plan and execute against daily, weekly and annual goals to meet service requirements.
Recruit, train and manage a diverse associate population.
Develop and nurture a positive, safe and productive work environment.
Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and corporate support.
