Job summary

Lennox in Hershey, PA is seeking a clerical support professional for our Regional Distribution Center. You will help manage logs, audits, and corrective actions while ensuring OSHA compliance and excellent customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of related experience, and proficiency with MS Office; SAP experience is a plus. Starting pay is competitive hourly with overtime eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years related experience; HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general office apps.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains logs, reports, audit processes and metrics to avoid errors.
• Coordinates safety training and postings to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Records inbound activity and notifies management of detention charges; resolves issues.
• Provides timely customer service to internal and external customers.
• Initiates inbound freight claims and actions related to serial number deviations.
• Performs supporting activities including disposition of damaged product.
• Monitors non-conformance in SOPs and packaging, vendor cross-reference or UPC issues.
• Participates in other projects as assigned.
