Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in industrial real estate, infrastructure and development.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale multi-party deals for data center capacity.
• 8+ years managing regional programs and organizations.
• Proven leadership and negotiation experience on complex deals.
• Track record delivering large capital projects leveraging complex structures.
• Experience opening new markets and channels for data center capacity delivery.
• Strategic thinker with ability to influence high-level stakeholders in ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading growing organizations and scaling teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead the regional development program including identification and commercial structuring of development opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, construction, network, and legal to execute the strategic plan.
• Guide team on developing new capacity while mitigating risk and ensuring contingency plans.
• Accountable for data center site selection and development within a defined North American region.
• Deliver cost-effective capacity while optimizing flexibility and optionality.
• Represent Meta in meetings with suppliers, governments, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor internal staff and ensure learning and career development.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (25%+).
