Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Coastal Regional Director, Data Center to oversee operations across multiple data centers. You will manage a team of Data Center Managers and Technicians, drive performance KPIs, ensure security and facility systems run smoothly, and maintain certifications.

The role requires strong communication, DC background, and budgeting capabilities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and leadership experience.
• 5 years experience managing, supervising or leading Data Center Technicians.
• Fantastic written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data center components including HVAC, UPS, servers.
• Data Center background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3–5 Data Center Managers or Lead Data Center Technicians.
• Track KPIs for Operations teams across multiple centers.
• Ensure facility infrastructure and security monitoring systems operate properly.
• Escalate issues across departments and maintain policy consistency.
• Maintain PM schedules and certifications (SOC, SSAE-18).
• Plan staffing, budgets and resource allocation for DCs.
• Manage contractors and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive efficiency improvements.
