Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking a Director to oversee a portfolio of complex construction and data center projects in a defined regional market. You will lead data center campus teams, drive project execution, manage budgets, and cultivate executive-level client relationships to secure repeat business.

You will mentor project managers, standardize processes, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of construction experience across divisions 2-10.
• Minimum 3 years of data center project experience.
• Experience leading multiple projects and diverse teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project.
• Experience with Yardi, Procore, CxAlloy, and Prolog preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills.
• Proven ability to drive financial performance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of projects within a defined regional market.
• Lead and support data center campus teams, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to project goals.
• Manage project execution, including schedules, budgets, and quality assurance across multiple job sites.
• Oversee financial performance, including forecasting, margin preservation, and cash flow management.
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop and mentor project managers and superintendents, identifying and cultivating future leaders.
• Standardize processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project controls and outcomes.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
• Monitor job site activities, perform quality control, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular project health assessments and participate in strategic planning sessions.
