Job summary

Midea America Corp. is seeking a Regional Delivery Lead to own regional data center project delivery, coordinating across sales, technical, product, and supply chain functions. You will manage plans, milestones, and site handovers, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong planning, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration, with travel as needed to regional sites. English proficiency is required and overseas local hire is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• Strong project planning and coordination skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional data center project delivery from start to handover and acceptance.
• Coordinate resources across sales, technical, product, supply chain, installation, commissioning, and after-sales.
• Develop and track delivery plans with milestones for production, shipping, customs, arrival, installation, and handover.
• Identify risks, issues and changes; drive cross-functional resolution to protect schedule, quality and cost.
• Interface with customers, EPCs, consultants, and site teams; organize delivery meetings and site coordination.
• Drive regional delivery standardization and sharing of best practices to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
• Support project fulfillment, delivery review, and handover for expansion or replication.
