Responsibilities

• Analyze engineering, operational, and financial datasets to identify trends, risks, and performance opportunities.
• Support project teams with analyses related to project performance, resource utilization, profitability, forecasting, and client behavior.
• Conduct root-cause analyses on overruns, delays, and bottlenecks.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reporting in tools such as VantagePoint and UROCK.
• Develop KPIs for engineering operations, project delivery, safety, and quality.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across systems; train staff on data integrity.
