Job summary

UES, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst I to transform operational, financial, and project data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions and operational efficiency across the region.

You will partner with Region President, Finance, HR, and field teams to build dashboards, analyze trends, and optimize processes. Responsibilities include data analysis, BI reporting, data governance, and collaboration with project teams to enhance forecasting and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze engineering, operational, and financial data to identify trends and risks.
• Create analyses for project performance, profitability, forecasting, and client behavior.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reports using VantagePoint and UROCK.
• Develop KPIs for engineering operations, project delivery, safety, and quality.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to improve forecasting and resource planning.
• Present findings to leadership in clear formats.
