Dairy Farmers of America (DFA Farm Supplies) seeks an experienced sales professional to drive business-to-business sales in the Southwest region, covering New Mexico, Southwest Kansas, and Western Texas. You will build trusted consultative relationships with DFA members and prospective customers, delivering DFA FS products and services.

The role requires strong territory management, on-farm sales experience, and the ability to travel 50-75% across the territory.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Business Management or Animal Science with a minimum 5 years' experience in direct on farm sales or the equivalent direct business experience
• Certification and/or License – N/A

Aufgaben

• Manage all aspects of consultative B2B sales within a defined territory
• Identify prospective accounts and maintain existing book of business
• Document interactions in Salesforce within 24 hours
• Plan farm visits within a defined territory and coordinate with DFA FS team
• Coordinate and attend farm shows, membership meetings and other events as needed
