Job summary

Continental is seeking a Regional Senior Cybersecurity Coordinator to drive the implementation and continuous improvement of cybersecurity standards across the region. You will act as the interface between global and local teams, ensuring alignment with the cybersecurity strategy and strong security posture.

In this role you will translate global rules into regional plans, support incident response and risk management, and coordinate cross-functional projects with local IT teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or 5+ years of relevant experience if no degree.
• Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity technologies.
• Good knowledge of network technologies (Network, Firewall architecture).
• Fluent in English and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as IT Emergency Team Lead within the region and support roll-out and testing of related documents.
• Enforce global cybersecurity policies and ensure regional alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Translate global rules into actionable regional/local plans and provide guidance to local teams.
• Coordinate regional rollout of global cybersecurity initiatives and track KPIs.
• Support security awareness programs, phishing campaigns, and training activities.
• Assist with audits and remediation plans and report on risks and controls.
