Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT required.
• Hands-on experience with security technologies such as SIEM, Firewalls, and vulnerability management tools.
• Knowledge of ISO27001 and TISAX frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing and planned security solutions for effectiveness, manageability, and compliance with regulations.
• Translate global headquarters standards and policies into optimized regional IT guidelines.
• Coordinate and support headquarters-led security audits across the Americas to assess and strengthen the region’s security posture.
• Advise stakeholders on new initiatives and existing environments to ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements.
• Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering and IT Infrastructure to maximize service availability and resilience.
• Define regional cybersecurity KPIs based on global metrics and local priorities.
• Support implementation of cybersecurity solutions for new business entities.
