Job summary

NTNUSA Corporation in the USA is seeking a Regional Cybersecurity Lead to drive governance, compliance and security standardization across NTN USA and subsidiaries.

Reporting to the Corporate IT Director, you will partner with IT managers and security teams to implement policies, standardize tools, and support regional infrastructure. This role strengthens cybersecurity posture while aligning with corporate standards and supporting local operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 7+ years of cybersecurity/IT infrastructure experience in multi-site regional environments.
• Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, IAM, M365 Security, cloud security (Azure/AWS), vulnerability management, SIEM.
• Experience with NIST, ISO 27001 or CIS Controls.
• Certs such as CISSP, CISM, Security+ or Azure Security Engineer preferred.
• Improve cybersecurity compliance across Americas subsidiaries.
• Adopt corporate cybersecurity standards and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity governance and ensure compliance with corporate policies across the Americas.
• Coordinate security assessments, audits, risk management, vulnerability remediation and incident response.
• Monitor regional security metrics and report risk status to Corporate IT leadership.
• Standardize cybersecurity tools, technologies and processes across subsidiaries.
• Partner with subsidiary IT teams to deploy and support enterprise security solutions.
• Drive endpoint protection, IAM, network security, email security, vulnerability management and security monitoring.
• Evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend improvements aligned with Corporate IT strategy.
• Respond to incidents, investigate violations, and remediate security gaps.
