This role acts as the main liaison among field stations, brokerage teams, sales, and compliance to ensure consistent execution and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years experience in customs brokerage, logistics, freight forwarding, or related field.
• Licensed Customs Broker preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Strong customer focus and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement across customs brokerage operations in the region.
• Coordinate with field locations, processing centers, sales, customer service and compliance to ensure service excellence.
• Act as primary liaison for regional escalations and customer concerns.
• Monitor regional performance and customer service metrics; drive improvements.
• Coach and develop brokerage leaders and teams; promote collaboration and accountability.
