• Collaborate with customer training leadership team, sales, marketing and other stakeholders to allocate training support.
• Hire, develop, and train members of the customer training team; mentor future leaders.
• Manage cross-functional communications and represent the function within ISI.
• Establish new training centers and expand regional coverage.
• Deliver quarterly training center business reviews.
• Leverage advanced technologies to maximize training platforms and measure effectiveness.
• Develop competency in da Vinci System technology and training pathways.
• Travel up to 30% to support markets.
