Moelis & Company seeks an AVP CRES Delivery Manager to lead regional Corporate Real Estate Services and Workplace Experience operations across North America and LatAm. The role requires onsite, five-days-a-week presence in New York and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

You will drive service quality, manage in-house and third-party teams, and coordinate with Finance on budgets and cost controls while advancing overall workplace excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Real Estate or facilities management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Strong budgeting, cost management and performance measurement skills.
• Contract management and vendor partnerships with strong commercial judgment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee delivery of CRES services regionally (North America & LatAm) to ensure high-quality service.
• Manage in-house and third-party teams, aligning resources with business needs.
• Support development and delivery of regional CRES budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with Finance on expense targets and capital planning.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communications with clients and employees.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and KPIs.
