Job summary

Global investment bank seeks a CRES Delivery Manager to lead regional Corporate Real Estate Services, Workplace Experience operations, and third-party providers in line with contracts, SLAs, KPIs and internal processes.

The role oversees CRES service delivery across North America and LatAm, ensuring high-quality experience and alignment with corporate objectives. Based in New York, five days a week, with collaboration across global teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience managing Corporate Real Estate Strategy, Workplace development, or facilities management programs.
• Experience coordinating teams and engaging stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong organizational skills, prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to navigate matrixed organizations and collaborate across functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with contract management, vendor partnerships, and lease negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-house and third-party teams to align people, resources and processes with business needs.
• Motivate and develop teams to meet standards and support professional growth.
• Support performance management and resource utilization across the function.
• Translate departmental objectives into operational deliverables and coordinate with vendors.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and regional expense management.
• Oversee delivery of hard and soft services across regional CRES portfolio.
• Coordinate external brokers, landlords, and consultants on office portfolio matters.
• Collaborate with global offices and plan central services such as reception, security and maintenance.
