• Strong ability to connect with early-career candidates and influencers.
• Self-directed, field-based work with travel.
• Talent-scout mindset to identify character and attitude before skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive, early-career outreach across the southeastern United States to build a pipeline of future craft talent.
• Source and engage candidates for line, electrical, equipment operation, mechanic, and related roles through schools, programs, fairs, and community channels.
• Screen candidates for character, attitude, and work ethic, alongside baseline role fit.
• Refer qualified candidates to hiring teams across five Atlantic Region operating companies, coordinating timelines.
• Represent Quanta Atlantic’s brand at schools and events across the region.
• Maintain a lead pipeline database and build relationships with school counselors and partners to keep the pipeline full.
• Build lasting relationships with partners to renew the pipeline over time.
