Job summary

Exyte US, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Cost Control to lead the regional cost control function across the business area.

You will establish standards, govern project cost reporting, and drive forecast accuracy across the regional portfolio, ensuring reliable information for timely decisions. You will coach Senior Cost Controllers and project teams, align resources, and strengthen tender evaluation and budgeting readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying, business administration, engineering, construction management, finance, or a related discipline.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience in commercial project management, cost control, project controls, quantity surveying, or financial project management.
• Proven experience in leading teams across multiple projects, business units, or territories.
• Strong experience in project cost forecasting, budget control, earned value analysis, cash flow forecasting, and management reporting.
• Experience in engineering, construction, advanced technology facilities, data centres, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or other complex project environments would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the regional cost control team across territories and business units.
• Align cost control resources with project and business needs.
• Build capability within the team through training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Promote a consistent cost control approach across regional projects.
• Establish and govern project cost control standards from tender handover through execution.
• Lead monthly commercial and cost control reporting cycles across the regional portfolio.
