Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in manufacturing.
• Semiconductor industry experience
• Experience with standard costing, inventory control, and manufacturing KPIs.
• Strong GAAP and cost accounting knowledge
• Proficiency with Excel and data-analysis tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Manage month-end and year-end close with accurate reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and adjusting entries.
• Ensure IFRS/compliance with policies and audit standards.
• Oversee cost accounting, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Provide insights on cost drivers and production efficiency with operations.
• Support ERP enhancements, system integrations, and digitization.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; supervise staff.
