Job summary

Southern Tire Mart seeks a Corporate Trainer to design and deliver programs for staff across inventory, HR, admin, and sales. The role includes QA checks, field visits, and updating SOPs to reflect current policies.

Travel to multiple locations is required to assess adherence and deliver training. The successful candidate will collaborate with department heads, monitor outcomes, and support performance improvements through coaching and refresher sessions.

Qualifications

• General understanding of training needs assessment and QA in Inventory, HR, Admin, and Sales functions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; LMS experience; ERP or inventory systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for new and existing employees.
• Implement quality assurance checks to ensure program compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and gaps.
• Monitor, document, and report on training outcomes and KPIs.
• Conduct field visits to ensure adherence to inventory, HR, admin, and service standards.
• Maintain and update training docs and SOPs.
• Assist with onboarding and ensure consistency of procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to drive accountability and improvement.
• Update training materials to reflect current policies and systems.
