PNC is seeking a Corporate Facilities Manager II based in Dallas, TX, to oversee a portfolio of about 33 properties across Central and South Dallas. This on‑site role requires travel to support branch and facility operations, build stakeholder partnerships, and drive projects within budget while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

• Certifications/licensures as applicable are often required.

• Manage a diverse facilities portfolio and drive operational efficiency and cost management.
• Oversee third‑party vendors/contractors to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets, capital plans, and expense forecasts.
• Build relationships with business leaders and facility end users to support needs.
• Implement site‑specific facility strategies and manage facility churn activities.
• Lead facility projects up to $500,000; larger projects may transition to Design & Construction.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, with minimal business disruption.
