The role emphasizes budgeting, vendor management, and project execution across renovations and space planning, with regular on-site visits and a strong focus on cost control and service excellence.

Formación

• University degree required with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Certifications often desired; military service and/or alternative education may be considered.
• Ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships and on-site operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of ~29 properties including retail branches and an office facility.
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and work orders; ensure safety, code compliance and cost efficiency.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and capital/expense plans.
• Lead space planning, renovations, reconfigurations, consolidations and project execution.
• Visit facilities regularly, coordinate occupancy activities and respond to emergencies 24/7.
