Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is seeking an Operations Manager for Real Estate Services to lead specialty facility operations across a large campus and ensure uptime and safety. Role covers building operations, 24/7 operations, risk management, construction oversight, and coordination with vendors and contractors.

The ideal candidate will bring a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 7+ years of facilities leadership, with strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible facilities operations experience in large facilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, BAS/controls, and safety practices.
• Experience with construction, risk management, audits, and lifecycle replacement.
• Experience with 24/7 operations or data centers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead specialty operations, risk, audits, and vendor coordination.
• Provide coverage across Building Operations and 24/7 Operations.
• Manage construction, infrastructure replacement, and project turnover.
• Provide leadership for electrical, mechanical, BAS/controls, and life-safety systems.
• Lead technicians and service providers, manage budgets and KPIs.
