Responsibilities

• Manage properties in the assigned region and optimize operating expenses.
• Ensure code compliance, safety, functionality, and cost effectiveness; manage vendors and budgets.
• Maintain relationships with end users, MOMs, and business heads; visit facilities at least annually.
• Implement facility strategic plans and manage churn for up to 10 people.
• Oversee projects up to $200k, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with minimal disruption.
