Job summary

Bell in Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead multi-facility construction and design projects onsite. You will manage planning, budgeting and schedules while coordinating with architects, engineers and contractors to meet goals.

The role requires a strong background in construction management, familiarity with Design-Bid-Build/Design-Build, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. Onsite travel across facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture; related degrees with relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
• Familiarity with Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build delivery methods.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements and strong commitment to quality, safety and ethical practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Bell facilities projects, including planning, design, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Review and approve budgets, cost estimates, and change orders; ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on the project.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Bell health and safety standards.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management, including status reports on schedule, budget, and key milestones.
• Address project challenges promptly, working with all parties to resolve issues effectively and maintain progress
