Job summary

GeoStabilization International (GSI) is hiring a Regional Business Controller for RoadGuard in Westminster, CO, with on‑site work in Erie and travel across the Western US. The role partners with operations and FP&A to scale systems, own technical accounting, and drive margin‑centric insights across multi‑entity and JV structures.

You will lead month‑end close, revenue recognition, internal controls, and consolidation, while mentoring teams and advancing automation, AI tools, and data workbooks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including hands‑on percentage‑of‑completion / cost‑to‑cost revenue recognition.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Take a hands‑on role in project controls and reviews in partnership with operations leaders.
• Lead and guide technical accounting research, documentation, and policy updates.
• Oversee accounting execution for complex transaction cycles and consolidations across multi‑entity and JV structures.
