Job summary

Mobile Air & Power Rentals in Englewood, CO seeks a Regional Controller to lead regional accounting operations, including revenue recognition, FP&A, and internal controls across the region. You will collaborate with sales and operations to support strategic initiatives and ensure accurate financial reporting.

The role requires strong Excel/ERP skills, 5-7 years of accounting experience, and the ability to drive annual budgets and quarterly forecasts while supporting audits and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of accounting experience.
• CPA, MBA, or CPA eligible preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management, fixed assets, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, and capital investment evaluation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with all levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner to the Regional sales and operations teams.
• Analyze/understand key business/financial information and communicate key results to the Regional Leadership Team.
• Accounting support for the Region including accounting practices, proper GAAP accounting, internal controls, Infor support, Phocas support, process improvement, contracts, revenue recognition, and financial planning/analysis.
• Assist the Controller, VP FP&A, Manager FP&A and CFO with special projects for the Region and companywide reporting, budgeting/forecasting; drive annual budget and forecast processes.
• Work with Regional Leadership to update and maintain the Weekly Flash file focusing on accuracy for the upcoming 120 day forecasted revenue and EBITDA.
• Take direct action in A/R, A/P, payroll, inventory, expenses, capex, and internal controls.
