Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years coordinating/supervising hospital/medical center finance staff (AP, Decision Support, GL, Payroll).
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial controls required.
• Requires basic computer hardware/software skills and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of Finance department including General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Decision Support.
• Interact with all hospital departments to ensure proper utilization and accounting of resources.
• Participate in Revenue Cycle and Supply Chain components (Business Office, Care Management, Health Information Management, Materials Management/Supply Chain).
• Support development toward executive financial leadership with focus on strategic planning, analysis, and business development.
