Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Controller to support Southern California markets with oversight of finance functions across hospitals. You will drive accurate accounting, reporting, and resource utilization while collaborating with departments to align with policy and performance goals.

The role emphasizes development toward an executive leadership path through planning, analysis, and strategic business development within a large healthcare network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience coordinating and supervising acute care hospital finance staff including Accounts Payable, Decision Support, General Ledger and Payroll.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Computer hardware/software skills required.
• Education Required: Bachelor’s degree. CPA preferred.
• Regular travel throughout our Southern California Market required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the finance department including General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Decision Support staff.
• Interact with hospital departments to ensure proper utilization and accounting of resources.
• Participate in the Revenue Cycle and Supply Chain components.
• Focus on strategic planning, analysis, and development toward executive leadership.
