Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. seeks a Regional Controller to lead hospital finance operations across Southern California markets.

You will oversee General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Decision Support, collaborating with hospital leaders to ensure accurate resource utilization and compliant financial practices. Qualifications

5+ years of experience coordinating and supervising acute care hospital/medical center finance staff including: Accounts Payable, Decision Support, General Ledger and Payroll.
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Computer hardware/software skills required.
Completion of training programs, as required.
Education Required: Bachelors degree. CPA preferred.
Regular travel throughout our Southern California Market required.

Responsibilities

Oversee the finance department including General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Decision Support staff.
Interact with Hospital departments ensuring proper utilization and accounting of resources in accordance with policies.
Participate in Revenue Cycle and Supply Chain components with potential oversight.
Focus on strategic planning, analysis, and business development toward executive financial leadership.
