Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking a Regional Contract Lead in Cumming, GA to coordinate contract reviews across offices and mentor project teams. This on-site position provides guidance to ensure timely, accurate contract deliverables for public and private clients.

You will negotiate terms, resolve complex issues, and partner with General Counsel to improve contracting processes while supporting a high-performing, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a related contract role required.
• AEC industry experience preferred (Architecture, Engineering, Construction).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented team player with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract reviewers and manage contract flow.
• Review, negotiate, and resolve contracts for public and private clients.
• Collaborate with staff across offices to address contracting needs.
• Organize contract activities to ensure high-quality reviews and timely guidance.
• Coordinate with General Counsel on issues and contract review quality.
