Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. in Bismarck, ND seeks a Regional Aftermarket Manager to motivate, manage, and evaluate Customer Service Advisors across the region. You will develop the sales plan, maintain customer relationships, and guide parts and service departments to drive loyalty.

You will lead through coaching, strategic execution, and collaboration with store leadership to ensure exceptional service and regional success. A strong customer focus and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in supervisory or management roles.
• Customer-focused leadership with long-term relationship building.
• Strategic mindset to develop and execute plans aligning with objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to coach and collaborate.
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Coach Leaders: mentor Service Managers and Parts Managers to achieve goals and grow.
• Drive Strategic Performance: lead CSAs through the sales process; mentor territory management, product knowledge, and productivity.
• Champion Customer Success: create processes to enhance the customer experience and relationships.
• Build Engaged Teams: foster accountability, teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement across locations.
• Partner Across the Business: collaborate with branch leaders to ensure consistent execution.
