Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is hiring a Construction Scheduler to lead project scheduling and reporting. You’ll drive standard practices, coordinate with regional teams, and support training to uphold a high standard of scheduling accuracy across projects.

Travel to project sites 70+ miles away is required; professionalism, integrity, and strong communication with diverse stakeholders are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• History or progressively more responsible scheduling experience with proven results.
• Ability to travel to project work sites 70+ miles away.
• Demonstrates integrity and ethical standards.
• Experience cultivating relationships, driving collaboration and alignment across levels.
• Developed written, oral, and listening communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for working safely within an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture.
• Act as a consultant to project leadership teams to ensure scheduling throughout a project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement standard scheduling practices, guidelines, and tools across the region to update, maintain, and report on project schedules.
• Collaborate with regional functions to ensure scheduling accuracy.
• Assist in developing training to achieve consistent scheduling practices regionally.
• Other duties as assigned by regional leadership.
