Job summary

Adolfson and Peterson Construction in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Construction Scheduler to develop and maintain master CPM schedules, look-ahead schedules, design and procurement schedules, and coordinate with project teams.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering with 8+ years of scheduling experience, and proficiency with Prolog, Microsoft Project, P6, and Asta Powerproject; travel up to 70 miles may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years scheduling experience.
• Experience delivering project schedules in field and office environments.
• Proficiency with CPM scheduling tools and MS Office; travel up to 70 miles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master CPM schedules, look-ahead schedules, design schedules, procurement schedules and pull planning schedules.
• Facilitate collaborative planning sessions with project teams, subcontractors, design teams and stakeholders.
• Advise on baseline schedules, monthly updates and written narratives; coordinate with subcontractors.
• Integrate project schedule with 4D BIM and coordinate with VDC; support VE of schedules to shorten duration.
• Review schedules for delays, claims and notices; assist in preconstruction and pursuit schedules as needed.
