Job summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is seeking a Construction Scheduler to lead and coordinate project schedules across regions. You will develop baseline plans, manage look-ahead and design schedules, and collaborate with owners, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in construction scheduling, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with MS Project, P6, and Asta Powerproject. Travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• History of scheduling leadership on construction projects
• Experience with CPM baselines, lookaheads and narrative updates
• Field and office scheduling delivery experience

Responsibilities

• Own project schedules from baseline to monthly updates
• Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders and subs
• Coordinate with design teams and owners for schedule input
• Integrate schedule into BIM/4D workflows
• Provide guidance on risks, constraints and accelerations
• Develop and implement regional scheduling standards
• Mentor teams in scheduling best practices
• Review schedules for delays, claims and notices
