Job summary

MBC Talent Connections is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive growth across the Pacific Northwest. The role focuses on managing key accounts, winning new business, and serving as a trusted technical resource for contractors, distributors, and project teams.

Remote-based with travel within the territory, including about two overnight stays per week, covering Portland, Tacoma, and Northern California. Emphasizes relationship building, strategic selling, and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Knowledge of commercial construction processes, including schedules and contracts.
• Understanding of channel sales and distributor pricing models.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
• Track active projects and convert opportunities into wins.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements.
• Represent the company at meetings, presentations, and industry events.
• Provide technical guidance and product training to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from bid to completion.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in the CRM.
• Complete company training to stay current on products and trends.
