Sheakley Workforce Staffing is seeking a Regional Safety Specialist to provide hands-on field safety support on two active commercial construction projects in Huntsville, AL. You will work with craft personnel and project leadership to promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with OSHA construction standards.

This temp-to-hire opportunity offers weekly pay at $55/hr with overtime at $82.50/hr, a $125 daily per diem, and a potential $70,000–$85,000 salary for the permanent role plus a

• Minimum 3+ years in commercial construction safety.
• Experience supporting active commercial jobsites.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct field safety observations and reporting.
• Assist with safety documentation, permits, and planning.
• Support orientations and onsite safety training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily field safety support for two active commercial projects.
• Assist plumbing and mechanical contractor activities as needed.
• Conduct routine field observations and document findings.
• Lead new-hire and site-specific safety orientations.
• Assist with onsite safety training and incident investigations.
• Support permitting, safety paperwork, and project planning.
• Coordinate with project leadership and field personnel.
