Sheakley in Memphis, TN is seeking a Safety Supervisor for a 3-month project on a commercial construction site. Start ASAP as a 1099 contractor, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

You will serve as the client representative for the subcontractor, monitor field operations for safety compliance, lead toolbox talks, and document findings for the client project team. Requirements include OSHA 30 or OSHA 510, 5+ years of safety experience, construction safety expertise, and

• OSHA 30 and/or OSHA 510 Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of safety experience.
• Experience as Safety Supervisor on commercial construction projects.
• Strong field safety presence and communication skills.
• Ability to lead toolbox talks and safety meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the on-site safety representative for the subcontractor.
• Monitor field operations for compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct routine safety audits, inspections, and observations.
• Lead toolbox talks and daily safety discussions.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Document safety findings and track resolution of issues.
• Support incident prevention efforts and promote safe work practices.
• Communicate project safety performance and concerns to the client's project team.
• Assist with implementation and enforcement of site-specific safety requirements.
