Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects in the South Region.
• Lead and chair project meetings and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Review cost estimates, bids, and invoices; develop independent estimates.
• Coordinate site evaluations and inspections for code compliance.
• Assist in maintaining department building standards and plans.
• Support architects, engineers and contractors as required.
• Ensure timely project status reporting and contract negotiations.
