Job summary

RELYANT Global, LLC seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee regional projects across INDO-PACOM. You will lead planning, bids, scope definition, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and client progress meetings.

Ideal candidates hold a construction management or civil engineering degree, have US work authorization, and can obtain security clearance. Extensive construction management experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering or related field is required or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and able to obtain security clearance.
• Heavy experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
• Experience with USACE, NAVFAC, or USAF projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of regional construction projects.
• Assist in preparation and solicitation of bids.
• Interpret specs, designs and drawings; prepare quantity takeoff.
• Define project scope, tasks, goals, and resources.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff; manage budget resources.
